Inside the experience

What happens during
energy transmission?

Forget what you think an awakening is supposed to look like. It does not need to be dramatic, and there is nothing you have to perform.

A quieter kind of awareness

The shift may be subtle.

Sometimes you simply experience stillness in a way you have not for a long time.

During a FLOW energy transmission, you are invited to lie down, close your eyes and allow the experience to unfold. Curated music, vibration, rest and subtle energy create the setting for inward attention.

There is no forced breathwork and nothing you have to make happen. Some people notice warmth, emotion, imagery, spontaneous movement or deep stillness. Others experience something much quieter—or simply rest.

Every experience is personal. No particular response, spiritual experience or health outcome is promised.

What awareness can reveal

It may become harder to ignore what you already know.

You notice what you have been avoiding.

You recognise a repeating pattern.

Something you have tolerated becomes clearer.

You realise you are exhausted from constantly saying yes.

The deeper context

The Kundalini tradition.

The concept of Kundalini comes from longstanding yogic and tantric traditions and is commonly described as latent spiritual energy.

FLOW draws inspiration from energy-based practices while keeping the experience grounded, consent-led and compatible with modern life. You are not required to adopt a belief system or label your experience in a particular way.

Energy alignment is an inclusive public term for the practice. Kundalini is explained here as one traditional language for subtle energy—not as a medical mechanism or scientifically established explanation.
